Delivery Conditions

Ordering
All orders are binding. In your own interest, please make sure that the delivery address you provide (including phone number) is complete and correct. We accept no liability for late delivery or non-delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address. We reserve the right to change product specifications without prior notice.

Payment
You can pay with VISA and MasterCard credit cards or with the PostFinance Card. Orders in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein can also be placed against advance payment. The items will be sent as soon as payment is received.

Delivery, Shipping and Packing Costs
You will receive confirmation that your order has been received. This merely confirms that your order has been placed via the webshop. If you do not receive confirmation, the order process may not have been completed properly. In this case, contact the UZH merchandise partner Pandinavia by e-mail (shop.uzh@pandinavia.ch) or phone (+41 43 266 22 66).

Completion of the order is based on the availability of the products. Orders are generally processed immediately and items that are ready for delivery are shipped within the specified delivery period. If this is not possible, you will be informed immediately. Deliveries may be made in more than one package. Items will be sent as soon as they are available. There is only one delivery charge per order irrespective of the number of shipments.

- Priority: up to 500 g = CHF 23.20; 501–1,000 g = CHF 34.35; 1,001–2,000 g = CHF 45.50

Please note that any customs duties or value added tax on imports is not included in the price and must be paid by the recipient.

Delivery Times
Normal delivery times may vary; the following information is intended as a guideline only:

Switzerland/Liechtenstein
A post: 3 to 5 working days after receipt of the order
Rush delivery: 1 to 2 working days after receipt of the order

Europe
Priority (registered): 4 to 8 working days after dispatch
Economy (not registered): 8 to 12 working days after dispatch

Other Countries
Priority (registered): 8 to 14 working days after dispatch
Economy (not registered): 12 to 18 working days after dispatch

Returns
You can return items without stating a reason within 14 days of receipt of the item, and thus withdraw from the purchase. All costs for the return will be borne by the ordering party. The item must be returned to the UZH merchandise partner Pandinavia in the original packaging. The right to return items does not apply to used items.

The costs, excl. shipping costs, will be reimbursed, provided the item is returned undamaged and unused. If the item is not returned in full resalable condition or if the packaging of the item is damaged, Pandinavia reserves the right to refuse to reimburse the charges or to deduct up to 20 percent of the original sales price from the reimbursement.

In the case of advance payments, the reimbursement will be made to the bank details provided (account no., bank, IBAN) once Pandinavia receives the item. If the item was paid for by credit card, a credit will be applied to the card in question.

Exchanges

Switzerland
If you would like to exchange the delivered item for a different size, you can return it to the UZH merchandise partner Pandinavia within 14 days after receipt. Include a note with the return specifying your name, the order number, the reason for the return and the desired size. The first exchange is free of charge; any further exchanges will be subject to another shipping charge.

All costs for the return will be borne by the ordering party. The item must be returned in the original packaging. The right to exchange items does not apply to used items. Exchanges will only be granted for products in an undamaged and unused condition. If the returned product is not in fully resalable condition or if the packaging of the item is damaged, Pandinavia reserves the right to refuse to exchange the item.

Other Countries
If you would like to exchange the delivered item for a different size, you can return it to the UZH merchandise partner Pandinavia within 14 days after receipt. Include a note with the return specifying your name and the order number. All costs for the return will be borne by the ordering party.

Please submit a new order via the webshop with the desired size and include the word “Exchange” in the comment section at the end of the ordering process. Provided the item is returned in an undamaged and unused condition, you will only be charged the new delivery costs. If the item is not returned in full resalable condition or if the packaging of the item is damaged, Pandinavia reserves the right to refuse to reimburse the charges or to deduct up to 20 percent of the original sales price from the reimbursement. The right to exchange items does not apply to used items. Please note that for orders shipped to foreign addresses, any additional customs duties and value added tax in the country of destination are not included in the price and must be paid by the buyer.

Damaged Items
The delivered item should be checked immediately after you receive it. If you find any problems with the delivered item, please contact the UZH merchandise partner Pandinavia by e-mail (shop.uzh@pandinavia.ch) or phone 043 266 22 66 within 48 hours after receipt of the item. Pandinavia will then inform you of the next steps.

Damaged or defective items must generally be returned with a note specifying your name, the order number, the reason for the return and the desired action to be taken. Depending on the damage and availability, a replacement will be delivered or the costs will be reimbursed. The costs for returning the item will be paid by Pandinavia if this is requested by the ordering party.

In the case of advance payments, the reimbursement will be made to the bank details provided (account no., bank, IBAN) once Pandinavia receives the item. If the item was paid for by credit card, a credit will be applied to the card in question.

However, claims for damages for incorrect images, text and prices or delayed delivery are excluded. Errors, price changes or minor changes to the products remain reserved.

Incorrect Deliveries
The delivered item should be checked immediately after you receive it. If you receive an incorrect delivery, please contact the UZH merchandise partner Pandinavia by e-mail or phone within 48 hours after receipt of the item. Pandinavia will then contact you and inform you of the next steps.

Incorrectly delivered items must generally be returned with a note specifying your name, the order number, the reason for the return and the desired action to be taken. Depending on availability, the correct item will be delivered or the costs will be reimbursed. The costs for returning the item will be paid by Pandinavia if this is requested by the ordering party.

The item must be returned within 14 days in an undamaged and unused condition and in the original, undamaged packaging.

In the case of advance payments, any reimbursement will be made to the bank details provided (account no., bank, IBAN) once Pandinavia receives the item. If the item was paid for by credit card, a credit will be applied to the card in question.
