Delivery Conditions

Order
All orders are binding. Please ensure that the provided delivery address, including the phone number, is correct and complete in your own interest. We cannot accept any liability for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. We reserve the right to change product specifications without prior notice.

Payment
You can conveniently pay with VISA and MasterCard credit cards or with the PostFinance Card. Orders from Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein can also be made via prepayment. Items will be shipped once payment has been received.

Delivery, Shipping and Packing Costs
You will receive an acknowledgment of receipt for your order, which merely confirms the order's receipt through the shop. If you do not receive a confirmation, the order process may not have been completed successfully. In such a case, please contact the UZH merchandise partner, Pandinavia, directly by email or phone: support@pandinavia.ch, Tel. +41 43 266 22 66.

Order fulfillment depends on product availability. Generally, orders are processed immediately, and available items are shipped within the specified delivery times. If this is not possible, you will be notified directly. Shipping may occur in more than one package. Items are shipped as they become available. Regardless of how many shipments are made, shipping costs will only be charged once per order.

Please note that any customs duties or import VAT are not included in the price and must be paid by the recipient.

Delivery Times
The normal delivery times may vary; the following are only guidelines:

Switzerland/Liechtenstein
B-Post: 3 to 6 working days after receipt of order
A-Post: 2 to 4 working days after receipt of order
Express delivery: 1 to 2 working days after receipt of order (orders placed before 12:00 will be processed the same day)

Europe
Priority (registered): 4 to 8 working days after shipment
Economy (unregistered): 8 to 12 working days after shipment

Other Countries
Priority (registered): 8 to 14 working days after shipment
Economy (unregistered): 12 to 18 working days after shipment

Returns
You can return the goods received without stating reasons within 14 days of receipt and thus withdraw from the purchase. All return costs must be borne by the customer. The return must be sent to the UZH merchandise partner, Pandinavia, in its original packaging. The right of return does not apply to used items.

Costs will be refunded excluding shipping costs, provided that the goods are returned in an undamaged, unused condition. If the returned goods are not in fully resalable condition or the packaging is damaged, Pandinavia reserves the right to refuse a refund or deduct up to 20 percent of the original sales price from the refund.

For prepayments, refunds will be made according to your bank details (account number, bank, IBAN number) once the goods have been received by Pandinavia. If payment was made by credit card, the refund will be credited to the card.

Exchanges

Switzerland
If you wish to exchange a delivered item for a different size, you may return it within 14 days of receipt. Include a note with your name, order number, reason for return, and desired size. The first exchange is free, but further exchanges will incur additional shipping costs.

All return costs must be borne by the customer. The return must be in the original packaging, and exchanges are only granted for items in unused, undamaged condition. If the product is not resalable or the packaging is damaged, Pandinavia reserves the right to refuse the exchange.

Other Countries
If you wish to exchange a delivered item for a different size, you may return the item within 14 days of receipt to the UZH merchandise partner, Pandinavia. Include a note with your name, as well as the new and old order numbers. All return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

Please place a new order in the webshop for the desired size, and mention "Exchange" in the comments at the end of the order process. You will only be charged for the new shipping costs, provided the item is returned in an unused and undamaged condition. If the returned item is not in a fully resalable condition or the packaging is damaged, Pandinavia reserves the right to refuse a refund or deduct up to 20 percent of the original sales price from the refund. The right of exchange does not apply to used items. Please note that any additional customs fees and the destination country’s VAT for international shipments are not included in the price and must again be borne by the buyer.

Damaged Items
The delivered goods must be inspected immediately upon receipt. If you notice a defect in the delivered goods, please notify the UZH merchandise partner, Pandinavia, by email (support@pandinavia.ch) or by phone within 48 hours of receipt: +41 43 266 22 66. Pandinavia will then inform you of the next steps.

Damaged or defective items must generally be returned with a note stating your name, order number, reason for return, and the requested action. Depending on the damage and availability, a replacement will be provided, or the costs will be refunded. The costs for return shipping will be covered by Pandinavia, provided the customer requests this.

For prepayments, refunds will be made according to your bank details (account number, bank, IBAN number) once the goods have been received by Pandinavia. If the payment was made by credit card, a credit will be issued to the card.

Compensation claims for incorrect images, texts, prices, or delayed deliveries are excluded. Errors, price changes, or minor modifications to the products are reserved.

Incorrect Deliveries
The delivered goods must be inspected immediately upon receipt. If you notice a wrong delivery, please notify the UZH merchandise partner, Pandinavia, by email or by phone within 48 hours of receipt. Pandinavia will contact you and inform you of the next steps.

Incorrectly delivered items must generally be returned with a note stating your name, order number, reason for return, and the requested action. Depending on availability, the correct item will be delivered, or the costs will be refunded. The costs for return shipping will be covered by Pandinavia, provided the customer requests this.

Returns must be made within 14 days in unused, undamaged condition and in the undamaged original packaging.
